i found the staff attentive. they promptly addressed my queries and offered valuable assistance. the hotel features convenient amenities like a lemon water tank in the lobby and complimentary pool access after checkout as i waited for my flight. i appreciated the excellent customer service shown .

the air conditioning seemed somewhat dated and its performance could be improved, but it was still functional.

poor a.c. confusing entrance

the room felt quite stuffy the air conditioning barely worked. i found this particularly annoying as it made sleeping difficult. i think better signage or a direct entrance would solve this issue

I found the rooftop pool very enjoyable with its great views. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with all my requests. Being able to leave my bags after check out was convenient. The breakfast had many different options.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the old elevator when other guests used it late at night.
